Victor has teamed up with local food specialist Mimo for an exclusive tour of Spain’s famous culinary regions by private jet.
Get to know a culture through its food and drink, and meet the people who put the passion into the places you’ll visit and the produce you’ll eat.

DAY 1: SAN SEBASTIÁN
Check in to the Hotel Maria Cristina, a Luxury Collection Hotel, then dive straight into the city for a pintxo-tasting tour in the heart of the Basque Country.
DAY 2: SAN SEBASTIÁN / SEVILLA
Spend the morning and afternoon in a cooking class at Mimo San Sebastián Cooking School: you’ll visit the market to shop for the day’s menu, and work with our chefs to prepare (and eat) your very own Basque bites.
Then board your private jet to Sevilla and check in to the Alfonso XIII, a Luxury Collection Hotel, before an insider’s tapas-tasting tour that uncovers the food scene in the south.
DAY 3: SEVILLA / PALMA
Relax in Sevilla, then board your private jet to Palma and check in to the Hotel St Regis Mardavall.
Start the evening sampling Spain’s best wines with a Vega Sicilia tasting before sitting down for dinner at the Michelin-starred Es Fum.
DAY 4: PALMA
Round off the weekend with an olive-oil experience that captures the local spirit of the authentic Mallorcan finca: follow the oil-making process from tree to bottle and enjoy a picturesque lunch before heading home.
