Did you know that the UK is biggest consumer of Champagne outside of France? It got the Victor team, and our friends at On Air Dining and Moet Hennessy thinking earlier this year about how best to channel this appreciation into a next-level travel experience at altitude.

Finally, after several months of planning (and taste-testing!), we are proud to introduce a special in-flight menu exclusive to London-departing Victor fliers. Combining culinary artistry with the finest ingredients, On Air Dining has created a series of dishes to complement a hand-picked selection of Dom Pérignon Champagne and wines from the Moët Hennessy stable.

What exactly can fliers expect then? How about cured Loch Duart salmon with oyster mayonnaise, dashi cucumber and oscietra, paired with Dom Pérignon Vintage 2009; pan-roasted langoustine with confit pork croquette, truffled leek, shallot and parsley, paired with Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième (P2) 2000; and Lobster and Butter-Poached Chicken, paired with Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2015? The menu On Air Dining and Moët Hennessy have expertly curated includes several different premium food and drink pairings to select from, and the possibility to further tailor those choices. It also reflects feedback from you, our customers, and nods to the tastes and flavours associated with some of Victor’s most popular routes.
