Why Victor?
When I first joined Victor, I was excited and nervous about working for a company that was not even 10 years old yet having previously only worked for companies established many decades ago. And on top of that in such a niche market. Now two years in, I am proud to be contributing to the company’s growth and feel a sense of responsibility with everything. It’s rewarding to know that I am contributing to what makes Victor great.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The most important thing for me is being able to balance my private life with my work life. The opportunity to work from home means that I can spend more time with my little boy that would otherwise be spent commuting to London every day.
Also, the sales environment is not a normal sales environment in that no one is trying to steal your customers or members - we have a great team spirit. There’s an established set of rules which means our customers and members are allocated to us fairly and stay with us.
What skills do you think are important as an account manager at Victor?
Patience and always showing the customer that they have your full attention and demonstrating that you will take genuine and diligent care of their requests.
How would you describe the team?
The team has a great mix of personalities and characters, but what matters the most is that we are all working towards the same goal as a team. All teams, from aircraft sourcing to flight management, are always there to help when you need support, performing as a collective for the success of the company.

For me, the best thing is working from home. Of course, there are a few others that are beneficial like Perkbox, where you get discounts in shops and online retailers.
When I’m not at my desk during the day…
I am baking with my kids or enjoying the great outdoors on our bikes and in playgrounds.
