Chairman - Clive Jackson

A highly accomplished and experienced tech entrepreneur, Clive has always been at the forefront of the digital revolution. Clive has a proven track record of CEO leadership across 15 successive companies and scaling businesses to 140 employees globally. In 2011, Clive launched on-demand private jet charter business Victor. Clive has been continually committed to innovation since Victor's inception, most recently, in 2019, launching an industry-first climate action campaign to set a sustainability benchmark in aviation.

Board Member and Advisor - Toby Broke-Smith

Toby started shipbroking in London in 1985, working for a small Baltic exchange-based company. He then spent some time working in Norway, before returning to London to join Clarksons in 1991. In 1993, he was promoted to Director and then to the Head of Sales and Purchase Division position shortly afterwards. In 2006, he moved to Monaco with Associated Shipbroking, later becoming a partner at Thurlstone Shipping to establish the sales and purchase division and a new Monaco office.

Special Advisor - Alex Sozonoff

Alex chaired Victor since its creation in 2011, helping steer it through various stages of development to become, today, one of Europe's leading tech companies. During his tenure as Chairman, Alex helped Founder Clive Jackson guide Victor through four successive fundraising rounds totalling $62.5m. Alex has continued to work closely with Clive, providing strategic guidance to the board and mentorship to senior management. In 2018, Alex stepped down as Chairman and now acts as Special Advisor to Clive who takes over the Chairman role.

Special Advisor – Paddy Herridge

Paddy is an entrepreneur, non-executive Director, and communications consultant with more than 25 years' experience of working with some of the largest brands in technology, media, and telecoms. He was founder of a top 100 UK PR agency that he later sold to one of the US' largest independent marketing businesses and is also co-founder of Social360, the corporate social media monitoring company. As an independent board advisor, Paddy now provides growth businesses with strategic communications and business advisory services.

Co-CEO – James Farley

James is responsible for Victor's global P&L oversight and ensuring that the consumer and commercial objectives and respective KPIs and monitoring functions are correctly set and met across the organisation. In addition, he is responsible for the brand and marketing team, leading business transformation and driving cross-departmental efficiencies. James has a background in corporate finance advisory for TMT ventures and was involved in securing early-stage financing for Victor in 2010. He joined in 2012 as the first Head of Product, to help shape the business' consumer and trade offerings, and has also served as Head of CRM, Head of Data and Head of Strategy & Planning over his time at Victor.

Co-CEO – Toby Edwards

Following a career in recruitment, Toby joined Victor as the first Member Services Executive in July 2012. Over more than seven years he has built and trained the sales, operations and flight management teams in the UK and has also recruited for the US team. In 2018, he took on the Managing Director role for the Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle East & North Africa regions. In addition to his responsibility to the UK-based sales, operations and flight management teams, Toby helps drive revenue and operational efficiency across the organisation. He leads the business development department to deliver new revenue streams in verticals such as group charter, and also works alongside marketing to establish commercial partnerships for Alto - the first loyalty programme in jet charter - bringing brands Sixt, Scott Dunn and Spencer Hart into the Alto ecosystem.

Head of People and Partnerships - Scarlett Adams

Scarlett joined Victor in 2016 after working for one of London's leading property companies. She spent the first four years at Victor as EA to Founder and former CEO Clive Jackson; a role which saw her manage a variety of projects and have a front seat at all of Victor's major milestones. After learning from the best, she transitioned to her new role as Head of People and Partnerships in January 2021. Her dedication to the business, proactive and meticulous nature makes her ideally suited to this challenging, multifaceted role which sees her running the HR department, supporting partnerships, and project managing our business development initiatives, while continuing her EA duties to the Chairman and Co-CEOs.

Finance Director – Stuart Manning

Stuart Manning joined Victor as Finance Director in February 2020 responsible for supplying strategic frameworks and guidance, identifying revenue opportunities, and leading the finance team. Stuart is an ACCA- qualified accountant and an experienced Finance Director having worked for private equity through to FTSE 250 companies across a variety of sectors: Software, Technology and Property. Prior to joining Victor, he helped develop start-up businesses. Stuart moved to the UK from Durban, South Africa and now lives in Hertfordshire with his family.

Executive Vice President – Bobby Perez

Bobby Perez is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales for Victor North America. With more than 13 years in the aviation industry, Bobby understands all aspects of marketing, booking, and managing charter flights worldwide. Bobby specialises in complex charters, including global tours, roadshows, and large-capacity movements. Starting his career as an intern, Bobby has progressively challenged himself, rising through the ranks at Air Royale, YoungJets and now Victor. He is keenly aware that no detail is too small and that no effort too great when it comes to making sure the client has a successful flight.

Director of Commercial and Operations – Devin Chiesa

Devin Chiesa is Director of Commercial & Operations at Victor. Managing both the aircraft sourcing and flight management teams, as well as our Victor for Music clientele, Devin is an integral part of the business. He developed a passion for aviation from an early age - choosing flight school over university – and after obtaining his Private Pilot License, embarked on a career in private aviation throughout which he has been successful in all areas of the industry. From flight-ops and dispatch for both executive jet charter and air ambulance, as well as customer account management for a major charter provider in his home country, South Africa.

Director of Sales - Dan Cook

With his own portfolio of clients and direct involvement with the management of both the sales team and the company in general, Dan contributes to all aspects of the business. Having joined Victor at the end of 2015 to begin building his client book from scratch, Dan has worked his way up from Sales Associate to Sales Director over the course of his four years with the company. He is also a One Young World ambassador for Business Aviation, having attended the annual OYW summit in London in 2019.

Director of Commercial Jets – Tom Hill

Tom joined Victor's operations team in 2015 and progressed to head up the commercial jet team within four years. Specialising in aircraft charter for groups of 18 passengers or more, Tom works with a broad range of clients across verticals including corporates, sports, and entertainment, as well as private groups requiring bespoke services including repatriation and relocation. Tom often travels the world to meet clients before departure, providing the high-touch service that complex itineraries involving multiple stakeholders and passengers require, and ensuring that every flight is a faultless experience.

Vice President of Sales – Davide Paladino

Having begun his career in asset management in the private banking sector in Switzerland, Davide travelled the world as cabin crew for the national airline. After a second stint in private banking on the advisory side and a degree in management, Davide moved into private aviation and joined Victor in 2015. Progressing quickly to Vice President of Sales, Davide leads with a customer-centric approach, using the feedback loops he has established with his clients to not only improve the sales function but to advise on the wider business.

Head of PR & Communications – Hannah Sharratt

Responsible for the company's global communications, Hannah ensures clear and impactful communication of Victor's brand values and news, through media relations, speaking engagements, awards, social media, and email campaigns. Through a multichannel communications strategy, Hannah keeps our customers and partners connected and engaged. Hannah joined the team in 2019 to communicate the launch of Victor's industry-first climate action strategy and ensures the business continues to set the agenda through this now award-winning campaign. Hannah is a luxury travel and corporate communications professional, with agency-side experience working with both emerging and well-established travel brands. Her considered and creative approach to PR campaign execution complements our broader business goals.

Head of Development - Eugene Kostrikov

After graduating from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 2012, Eugene launched a collective buying start-up where he became acquainted with the creative power provided by software development. He then joined Victor in 2014 as a junior developer to help create the initial Victor platform and by 2018 had progressed to become the Head of Development. Eugene is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver solutions that ensure Victor consumers and operators continue to enjoy the best and most innovative experience available in the marketplace.
