What brought you to Victor?

Victor’s 3-month internship jumped out as the perfect place to begin my career. I thrive off a fast-paced environment where you are constantly pushing yourself and those around you to be the best versions of themselves. Victor seemed like a young and dynamic company that fitted my personality well.

What do you enjoy most in your role?

The opportunity to talk with some incredibly interesting clients. Every conversation is different. When you are speaking to ‘world leaders’ and successful entrepreneurs you can find yourself learning a great deal.

What inspires you at Victor?

Looking where Victor was 9 years ago, it really is inspiring to see how far the company has come. Seeing and hearing the success stories of many people that work here, it really does motivate you to see how far one can grow as an individual. Also, the abundance of knowledge flying around the various departments offers a fantastic opportunity to learn.

How do you like to spend your time outside of selling charter flights?

I play for the Hammersmith and Fulham Rugby Club, but when I’m not on the pitch or at my desk I play the piano and bagpipes, and love to cook.

What would be your top tip for being a great account manager at Victor?

One needs to be a smart worker as well as a hard worker. Professionalism and relationship building are also key skills. Having good relationships with your clients speaks for itself but maintaining good relationships across the internal departments is arguably equally as important.

What surprised you most about working at Victor?

How approachable everyone is.

How would you describe the team culture?

Every member of the team trusts one another, works collectively, and holds each other accountable. We also have an open floor which allows everyone to be heard and feel like a core member, no matter their role or position in the company. There is a shared purpose to turn Victor into the biggest and best on demand jet charter company.
