Victor is available 24/7 by phone, web or app. Registering is free and you are assigned a Personal Account Manager to Handle all your requirements. Bookings are covered by Victor’s Consumer Protection and payments for flights (less booking fees) are held in a separate HSBC client deposit account until take-off.
