Light catering is provided on all flights booked through Victor. This will typically include:

• Breakfast (Flights taking off between 06:00 am and 10:00 am): Croissants, fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
• Other times: A selection of sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, complimentary bar and soft drinks, tea and coffee.

We are pleased to assist with any special catering requirements. Please notify Victor Operations when booking your flight, and we can obtain a quote from local caterers.

If you require concierge assistance with your flight requirements, Victor Concierge account managers will work with you to plan your jet charter, send you a selection of the best quotes as soon as they become available and manage your active bookings. Victor Concierge can also provide a bespoke service to handle complex multi-leg flight requirements.

The presence of a flight attendant is dependent on the Operator and aircraft. Whilst this service is not typically included on smaller aircraft, it is often available on larger jets at no extra cost. If you require further information, please contact Victor Operations.

All aircraft are wheelchair accessible; with smaller jets the flight crew and handling agents will take care of access to the aircraft, while larger jets often have AmbuLift compatibility. Please notify Victor Operations for a tailored solution to your accessibility requirements.

Firearms are permitted on most aircraft, but we do require prior notification of these beforehand. Firearms licences must be carried along with any guns, ammunition or compressed gas. Additional permits and customs notifications may be required before departure.

Pets can be brought on Victor flights, subject to Operator approval. You may take pets holding a valid pet passport on flights from any UK (or EU?) airport. There are, however, restrictions on entering the UK with pets; they must fly on a DEFRA-approved carrier and to a DEFRA-approved airport. Most Victor operators are DEFRA-approved, but please contact Victor Operations for advice regarding your particular travel plans before booking.

Your car or taxi can normally drop you off within a few metres of the aircraft or at the handling agent terminal, and parking is available at most private airport terminals. Please ask the Victor Operations Team for information and if you require a location map for your departure airport.

A member of the flight crew will meet you in the private lounge of the departure airport to escort you to your aircraft. Your passports will be checked before you board. Should you be running late, please don’t worry – your aircraft will wait for you but please contact the Victor Operations Team to advise if you are delayed so we can inform the flight crew.
