Luggage allowance varies between different aircraft. Victor recommends one soft bag/medium sized case per passenger – maximum dimensions:

• Size: 30″(76cm) x 15″ (38cm) x 13″ (33cm)
• Weight: 20kg max.

In a private plane there is no overhead storage. Please restrict cabin baggage to 5kg and to a size that you could comfortably place around your feet or on your knees.

If you are likely to have excess luggage, please contact Victor to ensure that the aircraft can accommodate your bags.

Please note that not all baggage compartments are pressurised, so please check with the Victor Operations Team if you are carrying items which might be affected.

All details about your charter can be found by logging into ‘My Account’. From here you can initialise your flight and add all the required information (eg passenger names, passport details). Please tell us if you would like to sell any spare seats on your flight. If you wish to keep your flight private, please choose all the seats.

Passport details of all passengers travelling should be provided as soon as the flight is confirmed, and at the very latest 24 hours before the flight. If you or any of your passengers have flown with us before, your details will be stored.

You will receive a provisional itinerary by email for your flight as soon as your flight is confirmed. A further itinerary, including details of flight crew and airport handling agents will be sent by email at least 24 hours before departure.
