As 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on an extraordinary year. Our clients have traversed approximately 56% of the globe and visited 110 countries (and counting). Our dedicated team has sourced over 178 different aircraft models, orchestrated 200+ flights for animals of all shapes and sizes, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to support some of the world’s most iconic sports and music events.
While 2024 has been a year of challenges, it has also been a year of triumphs—filled with moments that remind us why we do what we do.
In that spirit, we’re excited to look back on the highlights of the past year, share key market insights, and offer a glimpse into what lies ahead for 2025.
Market Review and Outlook

The private aviation market in 2024 has proven resilient, though it has faced significant challenges. After a period of price volatility, private jet prices have largely stagnated, creating a new normal for both operators and clients. Heavy jets and ultra-long-range aircraft remain staples for high-net-worth individuals, yet a noticeable shift in client behavior has emerged. Travellers are becoming increasingly savvy and environmentally conscious, often opting to downsize or choose more fuel-efficient aircraft when practical.
With uncertainty stemming from global geopolitical tensions, many UHNWI’s are still throwing caution to the wind. This year, Victor’s Client Preferred Operator model has ensured that clients receive direct access to the highest performers in the market, while new initiatives such as Victor Deals have delivered notable cost efficiencies, helping clients navigate price pressures while maintaining high service standards. Despite these headwinds, demand remains strong, underscoring the enduring appeal of private aviation even in turbulent times.
Looking ahead to 2025, optimism surrounds the market, buoyed by early forward bookings as clients secure favourable rates for transatlantic flights and other significant charter requests. New operators are making waves in the superlight jet category, while many established players are upgrading their offerings with new models. These advancements will help to offer greater variation and diversify the on-demand market in the new year.
