Victor appoints Alvin-King Tamondong as General Manager

New appointment is in support of Victor’s current phase of significant growth and ongoing mission to deliver consumers the best service in on-demand private jet charter.

 

At Victor, we’ve always believed in nurturing talent from within. That belief has never been more evident than in the appointment of Alvin-King Tamondong as our new General Manager.

 

Alvin first joined Victor in 2018 - a fresh face with sharp analytical skills and a quiet confidence. In the years since, he’s steadily climbed through the ranks, earning a reputation not just for his strategic insight, but also for his calm, collaborative leadership style.

 

By 2019, Alvin had moved into the role of Business Strategy Analyst. A few years later, he was promoted to Senior Strategy Analyst, where he became a central figure in driving some of the most important cross-functional projects across sales, product, and operations.

 

From streamlining sales and marketing processes to helping shape our climate action initiatives, Alvin’s fingerprints are all over the progress we’ve made over the last seven years. He understands Victor inside and out - how the moving parts of the business connect, where to focus for the most impact, and how to bring teams together around a shared goal.

 

That’s why this next step feels like a natural evolution. As General Manager, Alvin will take the lead on day-to-day operations while continuing to guide our long-term strategy.
