What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy developing relationships with people from all walks of life, and ultimately fulfilling their travel needs no matter the circumstances – where's there a will, there’s a way!

Why Victor?

I work in an industry I am passionate about and alongside some of the best human beings I know, with clear parameters for career progression and personal development.

I doubt many people go to work every day looking forward to seeing the people they work with, knowing it's impossible to not be creased up laughing on at least five occasions throughout the day. We do work hard as well though...

What’s the best advise you’ve received on the job?

Dan, our Director of Sales, once told me to approach every single day both inside and outside of work with a positive attitude that breeds success. I try to live by the motto that “we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

How do you spend time away from the office?

I start the day with exercise to get the day off to a good start.

What do you think makes a successful account manager at Victor?

Grit, tenacity, and the willingness to learn.

How would you describe the team dynamic?

A unique balance of expertise, different personalities, and a true desire to collaborate for the greater good of Victor and its future.

We have a great culture. Everyone looks out for each other and we receive regular mentorship from more senior members of the team to help us develop and thrive.
